Refund policy
At Holistic+Kin, your satisfaction matters to us. Please review the following guidelines for refunds, exchanges, and digital products:
Physical Products (e.g., Affirmation Decks, Merch)
We accept returns and issue refunds for physical products within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

Items are unused and in original packaging.

You email us at store@holistickion.com within the return window with proof of purchase and reason for return.
Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Digital Products (e.g., Digital Affirmation Decks, Printables)
Due to the nature of digital items, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience issues accessing your download, please contact us, and we’ll make sure you receive your product.
Custom Products
All custom orders are made just for you and are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part. Please double-check your submission details before placing a custom order.
