We are a small, mission-driven business committed to processing and shipping your order with care and intention. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays or product launches), processing may take an additional 2–3 business days.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We currently ship within the United States using USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Orders over $60 automatically qualify for free shipping (unless otherwise noted).
We may offer free shipping promotions during select periods. Be sure to join our email list for updates.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes via USPS.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Holistic+Kin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages once they have been marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please file a claim with USPS and notify us at store@holistickin.com.
